🔙 Looking back at our Product Design Fair.

One and a half weeks ago, our Winter Class 2026 presented the results of their MPD journey at Las Naves.

Over the course of the project, three teams worked with LIVE4LIFE, IMED Hospitals and Improven | Consultora de Negocio on challenges from shared housing, healthcare and business agility.

With friends&flats, the LIVE4LIFE team developed an app to match flats and flatmates more intentionally - aiming to reduce conflicts around cleanliness, noise and expectations of co-living.

With Anamnesis, the IMED Hospitals team built an AI-supported dashboard that helps doctors access and summarize patient information more efficiently, saving time in a clinical environment where every minute matters.

With Katalyst, the Improven | Consultora de Negocio team worked on making project updates in Jira more useful and consistent for consulting teams. Their journey also showed what product development can really feel like: halfway through MPD, they had to rethink their solution after a new Claude feature suddenly made their initial product idea much weaker.

Building, but questioning, adapting, and sometimes starting again when the situation changes - this is MPD.
