Managing Product Development is the second core phase of the CDTM program. The goal: turning a real-world problem into a functional MVP.

Over several weeks, our teams work through the full product development journey: understanding the challenge, identifying user needs, shaping a solution, designing prototypes, building the product, testing assumptions, and iterating along the way.

MPD is a mix of classroom sessions, team workshops, meetings with project partners, and a lot of independent work - whether that means coding at home, designing interfaces, preparing user tests, building prototypes, or working together at the Center.
Step by step, ideas become reality.

And at the end of MPD, the teams present their MVPs at the Product Design Fair.
